Launch Zoho Commerce store
Create Zoho Commerce account and set up your online store. Follow step-by-step instructions to get started quickly. Your Shopify store must remain online during migration.

Export products from Shopify
Log into Shopify admin → Products → “Select all” → “Export” → Choose “All products” → “Export as CSV”. Save CSV file. Important: Keep Shopify online until migration completes (CSV contains active links).

Import products to Zoho Commerce
Zoho Commerce dashboard → “Products” → “Import products” → Select Shopify CSV → Verify product labels → Preview import count. Note: Incomplete Shopify product data may prevent some imports.
