A key goal was achieving a high level of automation, particularly in the areas of documentation and personnel services. “To this day, we’re still implementing automations that other companies are doing manually,” Jürgen reports. The Journey Is the Goal – The Mantra of Project Management
It all sounds a bit too good to be true when you present the successful outcome of a project, doesn’t it? But anyone who has ever been part of a software project team knows: challenges are always part of the journey. And ParaQare Medic was no exception. “German complexity can be a hurdle for some software systems,” Jürgen reflects when asked about the complications he and his team faced. “We’re familiar with the often complicated German way of thinking — and Zoho, still relatively new to the German market, had to learn this. That’s why some logic flows within the software didn’t make immediate sense to us.” One of the toughest aspects? Implementing the solution while running day-to-day operations. Zoho People, Zoho Shifts, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq, Zoho Projects, Zoho Sheet, Writer and Show, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Recruit were all configured and tailored step by step. Sounds like a lot? It was. And yet, despite a few bugs that still needed refinement, Jürgen Herbert truly values Zoho’s power in handling complex business requirements — “especially because external customizations can be implemented so effortlessly,” he adds.
